SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free delivery within the M25 on qualifying orders, subject to our minimum order value of £200. Delivery within the M25 is normally made within 24–48 hours, although delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, order size, traffic, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For deliveries outside the M25, please contact Itabites before placing your order so that we can confirm delivery availability, timing and any applicable delivery charge.
Delivery times for chilled or frozen products may vary and may be subject to additional delivery arrangements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed address and time. If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.
Any shortages, visible damage or delivery errors should be reported to Itabites as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.
